DGM Quality ( Corporate Quality Head )

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic DGM Quality to serve as our Corporate Quality Head . The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an electronics background and mandatory experience in automotive switches. You will be responsible for leading quality professionals, planning and implementing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, overseeing new product development quality, and successfully closing various critical audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Quality Leadership : Lead a team of quality professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency : Plan and implement processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and achieving cost-effectiveness across all quality operations.
• Product Quality & Development : Drive Product analysis to identify areas for improvement. Oversee New product Development Quality , ensuring quality is built into products from conception to launch.
• Audit Management & Closure : Successfully lead and close various critical audits, including Customer quality, Supplier audits, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) audits , and others.
