About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Quality Head to lead and enhance our quality assurance framework in the electrical industry, specifically in wiring harness systems. This is a long-term, strategic leadership role suited for professionals who bring not only technical expertise but also a forward-looking, growth-oriented and systematic mindset.

As the Quality Head, you will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, especially within Tier-1 automobile and electronics segments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across the production lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous quality initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and client teams to uphold quality benchmarks.
• Conduct internal audits, vendor evaluations, and root cause analysis for product issues.
• Mentor and guide the quality team to maintain a high-performance culture.
