Conference Diagnoses and troubleshoots all Call Center,Bridge IVR, Dialer, Call Logger,

Provides Enterprise level technical support to all customers and partners

Troubleshoots and reproduces customer technical issues to resolution and / or escalates

Responsible for Demo tech support, Pre-sales site visit, requirement gathering, installation and after sales support

1+ years' experience in customer focused / customer experience role

Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience

Experienced in VOICE technology including PBX, IPPBX, PRI, SIP, RTP, Apache, PHP, MYQSL and telephony

Networking, IT or telecommunications certification is added advantage

Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / IT

Communication : Good / Excellent :

NP : Immediate / 15 Days / 30 Days (Serving)
