Job Summary :
A.TREDS Limited (INVOICEMART), a leading TReDS platform in India and a group company of Axis Bank, is seeking a driven and analytically strong Relationship Manager with 3-10 years of experience in corporate relationship management within Finance, Banking, or FinTech. Based in Chennai, this role is crucial for driving the growth of the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business by acquiring large and mid-corporates, nurturing existing relationships, and strategically structuring factoring and vendor / channel finance programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Acquisition and Portfolio Growth :
- Lead the acquisition and onboarding of new large corporates and Mid Corporates onto the INVOICEMART platform.
- Nurture and expand existing corporate relationships within the assigned portfolio.
- Onboard new corporates for specific supplier / vendor finance, channel finance, and factoring programs.
Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement :
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholders at large corporates to ensure the smooth running of existing SCF programs.business opportunities with existing bank clients.Facilitate ties with external Fintechs and proactively structure products around new business opportunities to enhance the platform's offering.Sales Execution and Transaction Anchoring :
Serve as the Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Sales, actively identifying clients and growing transaction volumes.Anchor the Portfolio Manager in transaction completion and guide the internal team in conducting day-to-day transactions for existing clients and the onboarding of new clients.Facilitate the SCF sales team in the efficient conversion of leads provided by anchor corporates.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the Product, Operations, and Service teams to address and resolve operational and service-related queries promptly, ensuring a seamless client Experience : 3-10 years of overall experience in corporate business or relationship management within the Finance, Banking, Investment Banking, FinTech, Rating Agency, or NBFC industry.Education : Post-Graduate / MBA degree with specialization in any stream OR a Graduate degree with relevant industry relationship management experience.Skills :
Go-getter ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong financial, analytical, and technology orientation to understand and position the TReDS platform solution.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effective communication.Demonstrated Leadership and team management skills are highly desirable.High level of attention to detail in contract and process management.Preferred Skills :
Direct experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) sales, factoring, or invoice discounting.Strong existing network within the corporate / mid-corporate finance or treasury domain in Chennai / South India.Knowledge of RBI TReDS guidelines and compliance.(ref : iimjobs.com)
