Job Description : We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Supply / Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Chennai and Pune. This role is critical in managing strong partnerships with our operator network while ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and growth enabler for Operator Engagement : Act as an advisor and build long-lasting relationships with operators. You will engage with them on a daily basis to ensure continuous dialogue, trust, and transparency. The role demands proactive communication through regular meetings, calls, and check-ins to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth operator experience.
2. Account Management : Take ownership of operator accounts by monitoring all their routes and keeping them updated about the income from each route. Highlight buses and routes that are strong performers while also identifying underperformers, providing insights and suggestions to help operators optimize performance and profitability.
3. Problem Resolution : Serve as the first point of contact for operators whenever they face challenges, whether operational, financial, or business-related. The role requires swift problem-solving, ensuring issues are resolved promptly while maintaining operator satisfaction. Liaise with internal teams where necessary to address concerns effectively.
4. Analysis : Track and analyze operator interest in continuing and expanding their partnership with us. Use data and insights to identify trends, evaluate operator confidence, and highlight opportunities for further collaboration or investment. Present findings to both operators and internal stakeholders to drive better business decisions.
5. Competitor Mapping : Continuously monitor market activity and ensure that all relevant competitor information is captured and shared internally. This includes competitor contracts, pricing, and engagement with operators. Keep track of our existing operators to identify if they are working with or exploring other platforms, ensuring we remain their preferred partner.
6. Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and strategy to align operator interests with the company's goals. Ensure that insights from operators are shared internally so that strategies can be adapted to support mutual growth. Act as the communication bridge between operators and internal departments.
7. Lead Identification : Identify and pass along leads of new operators who may be interested in working with us.
Ensure these opportunities are shared with the business development team for evaluation and onboarding, thereby expanding the operator base and driving business growth.
