Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

The Global Payments Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of our global payments initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong track record in driving projects from conception to launch and a deep understanding of clearing products and payment services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that enhances our clearing products and payment services portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions that meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Product Management team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and create compelling product propositions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in payments and clearing services.
• Drive customer-centric product development, ensuring exceptional user experiences and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for product initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
