Vice President - Training - Revenue Cycle Management

Qualifications & Skills :

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management with at least 7 years in a senior training leadership role.
• Strong expertise across end-to-end RCM processes (coding, billing, collections, denials, compliance).
• Demonstrated experience in developing large-scale training programs in the healthcare / BPO / KPO sector.
• Knowledge of US healthcare regulations, HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, and payer guidelines.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in training technologies, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.
• Ability to drive change, build high-performing teams, and align training initiatives with organizational growth.
