Assistant Vice President - FinTech SaaS Product is a payment solutions (fintech) company that enables online merchants to accept, process, and disburse payments through developer-friendly APIs.

Attached below is the job description for your Overview :

AVP Product will define and deliver scalable SaaS-based fintech product strategies.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to build robust platforms for embedded finance, payments, and vendor workflows.

This role demands a strategic thinker passionate about product innovation, grounded in data, and focused on user-first Strategy & Vision :

Create long-term vision and prioritize a roadmap for fintech SaaS products in areas like embedded finance, part of Easebuzzs broader Financial Operating System mission.

Lifecycle Management :

Lead product lifecycle from ideation to development and launch.

Align with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and GTM teams.

Product Leadership :

Oversee product development of fintech SaaS products,, ensuringexcellence in technical design and partner integrations.

Stakeholder Management :

Collaborate across departments; engage with seniorleadership, regulators, and external partners to align strategy and execution.

Insights & Data Leadership :

Leverage structured and unstructured data to defineproduct metrics, measureimpact, and iterate fast.

Compliance Oversight :

Ensure that products meet RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, and uphold security standards.

Team Leadership & Mentoring :

Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering scalable SaaS products.

Foster an innovative, agile culture aligned with Easebuzzs growth and IPO You Should Bring :

Experience : 4+ years in product management within fintech, especially SaaS or embedded finance verticals.

Technical Depth : Strong expertise in SaaS product ecosystems, APIs, and payment infrastructure.

Analytical Acumen : Deep comfort with data and analytics to guide product decisions and optimize performance.

Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with Indian fintech regulations, payments compliance, and licensing Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.

Education : Bachelors in Engineering, Business, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
