Description :
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and functional leads to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and web services.
- Design and implement Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Live Agent, CTI integrations, and Service Console.
- Oversee the code review process, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Manage DevOps processes, including version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Conduct performance optimization, debugging, and scalability reviews across Salesforce components.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by implementing effective data models, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Work closely with QA and UAT teams to ensure functional accuracy and technical stability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles, including estimation, design documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Technical Skills & Expertise :
Core Salesforce Expertise :
8 to 10 years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.Proven implementation experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omnichannel, CTI, Macros, Knowledge, Entitlements, etc.Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes / Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.Experience in building and maintaining custom REST / SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.Tools & Technologies :
Proficiency with Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Workbench, and Postman.Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated deployment frameworks.Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service is an added advantage.Leadership & Delivery Skills :
