Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Technical Lead, located in Bengaluru South.

The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, overseeing the development of custom applications, and ensuring the quality of code and best practices.

The Salesforce Technical Lead will also collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and help drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and APIs, MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Team leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer II are a plus.
