Simpliigence - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex / LWC

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend logic for Salesforce applications using Apex.
• Lead the backend development of custom Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
• Work with Salesforce architects and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability in large data-volume environments.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and platform limitations.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and test cases.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless system Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick or custom) is highly preferred.
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (LWC / Aura), and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing and visibility rules, and platform limits.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD tools for Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work in Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation Qualifications :
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs).
• Background in custom quote engines or CPQ customization in large enterprises.
