Simpliigence - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex / LWC

Description :

• Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code following industry best practices and Salesforce coding standards.
• Build and manage complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs (REST / SOAP), middleware tools, and platform events.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development Skills & Experience :
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, ANT, Salesforce CLI, VS Code).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation Qualifications :
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.
• Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset) is a plus.
• Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
