Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex / Visual Force

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the organization's needs.

What you can look forward to as Salesforce Technical Lead (m / f / d) :

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces using Apex Classes, VisualForce pages, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
• System Configuration : Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to align with business processes and requirements.
• Reporting and Analytics : Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.
• Training and Support : Provide training sessions and ongoing support to end-users to promote effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
• Collaboration : Work closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve business processes.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and appropriate design patterns.
• Mentor and supervise development team members ( as the practice grows).
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices.
• Able to lead and deliver multiple projects parallelly under tight timelines.
