About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Technical Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in LAMP stack technologies, Python frameworks, and modern JavaScript frameworks. This role demands leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
• Architect and implement robust backend services using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with frontend developers using JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) to build seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance through effective use of caching, database indexing, and other performance tuning techniques.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Utilize ORM tools for efficient database interaction and management.
• Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Drive adoption of design patterns, coding standards, and software development best practices across the team.
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and status meetings.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve product quality and team productivity.
