Job Description : Technical Application Lead (Full Stack with LLM)

Location : Begaluru / Chennai

Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.

Back-End Expertise : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django).

Front-End Expertise : Advanced skills in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API).

Database Proficiency : Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.

MERN / MEAN Stack : Solid experience with the MongoDB and Node.js ecosystem.

Low-Latency Applications : Demonstrable experience in building and deploying applications where low latency is a critical requirement.

LLM Experience : Proven, hands-on experience in developing applications that integrate with or are built upon Large Language Models (e.g., using OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).

Project Management : High proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools, particularly Jira.

Development Tools : Mastery of modern development tools including Git / GitHub, Docker, and proficiency in IDEs like VS Code or Visual Studio.

Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to lead and inspire a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with other database technologies like Redis for caching.
• A portfolio of completed projects or contributions to open-source software.
