Spectral Consultants is hiring a Technical Python Lead for one of the leading Gen-AI powered PaaS companies revolutionizing the insurance industry and helping organizations drive operational excellence!.

Experience Level : 7 to 10 Years.

Location : Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & deliver new features.
Build applications using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Design scalable, high-performance solutions with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Work with integration patterns & authentication frameworks.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Apply design patterns for maintainability and scalability.
Use Git for efficient version control.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4 years of professional experience in Python development.

Hands-on with Flask / FastAPI / Django.

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

Strong REST API and third-party integration experience.

Worked with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Proficient in design patterns, multithreading, and concurrent programming.

Experience with unittest, pytest.

Proficient in Git version control.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently & in teams.

Experience mentoring and reviewing team deliverables is must.
