Role : Technical Lead Python Developer

Location : Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai / Noida

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days office per : 15+ Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Python Technical Lead to provide leadership in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale backend systems. This is an individual contributor role requiring expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and Linux / Unix environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead development of scalable Python-based backend systems.
Drive technical excellence, coding standards, and architecture best practices.
Mentor and guide cross-project teams.
Deploy, scale, and orchestrate applications via Kubernetes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps.
Optimize performance and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience :

15+ years in IT, with 4 to 5 years in leadership roles.

Deep expertise in Python and backend development.

Strong Linux / Unix systems background.

Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (mandatory).

Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
