This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the Founder’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle travel planning, logistics, and calendar management with accuracy and discretion.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal / external teams and clients.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and company events as needed.
- Maintain and manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities.What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar management apps.
- A self-starter who can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
