Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Senior Executive / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Placements located in the Mohali district. The role involves coordinating and managing campus placement activities, developing relationships with potential employers, organizing placement drives, and ensuring the successful placement of students. The individual will also be responsible for preparing students for interviews and career opportunities through workshops and training sessions, as well as maintaining records of placement statistics and feedback from recruiters.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing relationships with potential employers and coordinating campus placement activities
• Strong organizational and management skills for organizing placement drives and ensuring successful placements
• Ability to prepare students for interviews and career opportunities through workshops and training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining records of placement statistics and feedback from recruiters
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role in the education sector is a plus
