About the Role : -
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Cywarden's US-based CEO and COO. The ideal candidate is a strategic multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, demonstrates impeccable communication skills, and ensures smooth daily operations for executive leadership. This role requires flexibility, confidentiality, and strong coordination skills across global teams.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Manage dynamic calendars for the CEO and COO, prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and prepare for executive meetings, board reviews, and client sessions — including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel for executives, including flights, hotels, visas, local transport, and itinerary planning.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and executive communications with a professional and polished tone.
- Act as the bridge between US and India teams to ensure smooth communication, timely deliverables, and executive visibility on key priorities.
- Monitor deadlines, track commitments, and follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure progress against goals.
- Handle sensitive company and personnel information with utmost integrity.
- Assist in planning executive offsites, client visits, leadership meetings, and conferences.
Skills and Experience :
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Outlook).Proven experience managing complex travel logistics and executive calendars.Ability to anticipate needs and act with sound judgment.Experience working with global teams (especially across the US and India).Background in cybersecurity, cloud, or technology consulting firms.Qualifications
Experience : 1Year–5 year supporting senior executives or founders in fast-moving, growth-stage, or professional-services environments.
