Custom Intent Specialist
Our Custom Intent team is part of our Sales and Marketing platform and allows for advertisers to target buyers that are actively researching their products and services. This role will help to encompass those search terms so advertisers can better reach their prospective customers and you will be a key part in the development and organization of intent topics. A strong grasp of the English language and a good understanding of marketing and / or saas terms will help you be successful in this role.
This is a night shift position working PST hours (7 : 00pm - 4 : 00am IST) from our office in Chennai. We offer a night shift allowance, car service, and some in office food options.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Managing an ever growing list of standard and custom intent topics that are used to identify potential buyer behaviors for our customers.
- Quality checks for topics are done on a regular basis to fine tune activity levels, keywords sets, etc.
- Creating and managing custom topic requests for both presale testing and post sale production environments.
- Claiming custom intent cases from a shared queue in SFDC.
- Reading through the custom topics submitted, making edits as needed and researching a list of keyword terms for each topic using our proprietary NLP (Natural Language Processing).
- Monitoring the topics over the course of 3-5 business days, noting activity levels and making adjustments to the keywords if needed.
- Completing the case by filling out the keywords and estimates for each topic.
- Moving any post-sale topics to the delivery queue, filling in the required information for each one.
- Informing team members when cases are complete.
- Consult with customers on best practices and related workflows involved with the ZI intent product.
- Provide an internal source of knowledge on ZI product related information.
- Monitor intent related Slack channels and provide answers for internal questions.
- Meet with internal teams to share best practices around intent and custom intent topics.
Requirements :
2+ years of customer facing and / or marketing related experience.A strong grasp of the English language and familiarity with with basic SaaS / marketing termsExperience with text editor software such as Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text Editor a major plusEffective time management skills and the ability to work independentlyOutstanding attention to detail when following workflows and completing data entry related tasksAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with a team via video meetings and internal communications applicationsExperience with Salesforce preferredExperience working in a production environment preferred
