IT Integration Engineer

Job description8+ years of experience in Development, Integration on cloud platform along with IT security know-how Azure (or AWS) development experience is a must Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms with a good understanding of technologies such as Jira, Remedy preferred. Ability to be self-sufficient, working directly with customers to troubleshoot and solve issues. In the deep understanding of integration standards and transports Strong understanding of industry integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc. To build consuming APIs and writing / reading technical documentation. Experience with integrating REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, and other SaaS protocols. Along with Web Service solutions ServiceNow experience required. ITIL certification a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries. Must be comfortable presenting technical content to customer
