Job descriptionExtensive development experience using integration / orchestration platform such as Oracle SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other comparable integration platforms Hands-on Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS), Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS), Oracle BPM 11g / 12c Suite, and Oracle SOA Suite 11g / 12c Suite (Service Bus, BPEL, BAM) To leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution To develop and optimize integrated business process technical solutions across disparate systems Knowledge and Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred Experience in a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, RDBMS, Web Services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and other API standards), API-driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practice Provide in-depth technical expertise in integration architecture design, product selection and implementation, and continuous technological improvement BI / Analytics Salesforce Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Systems Demonstrate effective decision-making through innovation and results-oriented leadership Promote and foster a teamwork environment Establish and operate an environment which provides the capacity for excellence Utilize highly developed human relations skills Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization Develop solid internal and external relationships Exercise superior computer, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Explain and document business & technical processes and systems in terms equivalent to varying user s experience level Promote and foster teamwork, and establish and operate in an environment which provides the capacity for excellence; effectively problem-solve and resolve conflicts Motivate, train, lead to improved performance and efficiency Maintain effective working relationships with others Effectively utilize appropriate security guidelines and procedures
