Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices / standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements :

  • 4- 8 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including advanced customization and integration.
  • Lead the full automation of 32 ServiceNow access request catalog items for user provisioning and de-provisioning via SailPoint IIQ.
  • Analyze and assess existing ServiceNow catalog items to determine optimal automation strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ based on defined requirements.
  • Collaborate with SailPoint engineers and ServiceNow teams to deploy and validate automation across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for each catalog automation.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
  • Serve as the liaison between catalog owners, the ServiceNow team, the SailPoint team, and leadership.
  • Review and analyze currently onboarded applications in IIQ that lack JIT configuration.
  • Configure and enable JIT certification and automated termination processing for applicable applications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations and changes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.
  • Strong Java programming skills for rule and connector development within SailPoint.
  • Proven experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, particularly for catalog

    • automation and workflow enhancements.

  • Experience with IAM operations, user lifecycle management, and JIT provisioning.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, DevOps pipelines, and testing environments.
