We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to drive business development in AP& Telangana states . The ideal candidate should have strong connections with Retailers, Architects, and Developers , along with proven expertise in the building materials sector. This role involves managing Architect& Designer relationship, developing business with retailers and ensuring revenue growth through strategic market penetration.
What do we expect from our new team member?
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow relationships with Retailers, Architects and Developers.
- Identify and on-board new dealers in untapped markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned region.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships.
What kind of team member are we looking for?
Experience : Minimum 5 years in marketing / business development in the building materials industry .Strong network with Retailers, Architects, Developers in the territory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel within AP& Telangana.Graduate in Business, Marketing Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel & PowerPoint.Driving LicenseFluent English and local language
