Core responsibilities

Client consultation : Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences budget and trip goals.

Itinerary planning : Design customized travel plans and packages booking all necessary components such as flights hotels and tours.

Booking and reservations : Make all reservations for transportation lodging and activities using global distribution systems (GDS) and other booking software.

Destination advice : Provide clients with expert advice on destinations including local customs must-see attractions and practical information.

Document management : Assist clients with travel documents such as visas and passports and advise on necessary vaccinations and insurance.

Customer service : Handle client inquiries manage bookings and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies to ensure a smooth trip.

Relationship building : Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
