Core responsibilities

Client consultation : Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and trip goals.

Itinerary planning : Design customized travel plans and packages, booking all necessary components such as flights, hotels, and tours.

Booking and reservations : Make all reservations for transportation, lodging, and activities using global distribution systems (GDS) and other booking software.

Destination advice : Provide clients with expert advice on destinations, including local customs, must-see attractions, and practical information.

Document management : Assist clients with travel documents, such as visas and passports, and advise on necessary vaccinations and insurance.

Customer service : Handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies to ensure a smooth trip.

Relationship building : Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
