Job title : Lead- Strategy Projects, Consumer Banking

BU / Function : Consumer Banking

Reports to : Head – Partnership Liabilities

Role Details : As a Lead – Strategy Projects, you will be driving projects to scale the liability franchise of the bank. The individual will be leading the strategic planning and project management for key projects for Consumer Banking and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver our key strategic business goals.

Overall Job Description :

Strategic Planning & Business Reporting-

• Ideate and create a strategic roadmap for growth of Consumer Banking deposit book
• Reporting the business performance to Executive reporting Committees including but not limited to CET, Board, Investors etc.
• Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials
• Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth

EDUCATION

Preferred : Preferable MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 college

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement : 4-6 years of post-MBA experience & prior experience in strategy in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech / Consulting business
