Role Overview
We’re looking for Customer Success Associates with 1+ year of experience in finance or customer-facing roles. You’ll work closely with product & sales teams and customers to drive smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term success on OneCap’s AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implement finance workflows on the OneCap platform.
- Understand processes like payables, receivables, and reconciliations to guide and support customers.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and gather feedback to enhance adoption.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.
- Track engagement, analyze usage patterns, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer success practices.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA with 1+ year of experience in accounting, finance operations or customer success.Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Analytical, empathetic, and strong interest in automation in finance.Experience with SaaS / ERP tools is a plus.What You’ll Get
