Technical Client Success Associate will be responsible for end-to-end client engagement — across pre-sales discovery, onboarding, delivery, and post-sales technical support. This role demands high business acumen, analytical thinking, and client-facing professionalism.
Please note the role is based in the Eastern Time zone. Expected working hours are 9-18 EST (18 : 30 - 3 : 30 IST)
Responsibilities :
- Lead client discovery, solutioning, and demo sessions during pre-sales and post-sales conversations.
- Support client onboarding, training, and implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
- Translate client use cases into product configurations, feasibility and value analysis.
- Deliver client-facing and Internal leadership presentations.
- Troubleshoot data / portal issues and serve as liaison between clients and product / engineering.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for clients across the full lifecycle.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of experience in client-facing roles across consulting, analytics, or SaaS delivery.Experience working with Management Consulting firms, Private Equity, or VC clients.Strong preference for those with backgrounds in top-tier firms (e.g., MBB, Big 4, global PEs / VCs).Strong communication skills in English with ability to present to senior stakeholders.Business-savvy and consultative in approach, with understanding of value drivers in M&A, talent, and growth strategy.Advanced skills in Excel modeling and slide-making (consulting quality).Proficient in SQL, Databases such as Snowflake, BI tools such as Power BI, Omni, or Tableau, and Ticketing systems like Zendesk, Linear etcExperience with Python for basic data analysis is a plus.Education :
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Business or Engineering.MBA from IIMs, ISB, or equivalent top global programs preferred with a background in Engineering Academics.Ideal Candidate :
