The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Linux / Windows ecosystems, hands-on experience in public cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, to support technical solutioning for cloud opportunities.

What you will do :

• Lead, mentor, and manage the systems administration team; oversee task planning, performance evaluation, and skills development.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable & secure cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Collaborate with Sales / Pre-Sales teams to develop cloud solutions, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to RFP / RFQ responses.
• Administer and maintain Linux & Windows-based servers, ensuring system availability, security, and performance.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker & Kubernetes.
• Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, resource provisioning, and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives, including patching, vulnerability management, and identity & access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
• Establish and maintain system documentation, SOPs, best practices, and architectural diagrams.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to improve systems and processes.
• Coordinate DR / BCP strategies and ensure resilience of infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL / standard support processes.
