Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated System Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server and Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 (L2) support , manage day-to-day server operations, and ensure system reliability and security. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 support for Windows Server and Active Directory-related issues
• Administer Active Directory : manage user accounts, security groups, OUs, GPOs, and FSMO roles
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS , DHCP , File Servers , and Print Servers
• Investigate and resolve user login issues , account lockouts , and authentication problems
• Conduct daily health checks on Domain Controllers and AD services
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to meet security compliance
• Perform Windows Server patching , updates, and version upgrades
• Handle backup and recovery of Active Directory and critical infrastructure (using tools like Windows Server Backup, Veeam, etc.)
• Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and support project implementations
• Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, configurations, changes, and SOPs
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to system infrastructure
