Responsibilities :
Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market.Own and drive the B2B leads pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real Estate Service Firms / Leading Architects and Planters organizations.Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines.Create and execute a regional sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targetsOptimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and prequalification of leadsMeet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needsMaintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospectsWork effectively with internal support departments (Marketing & Product, Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibilityExpand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, and ContractorsWho can apply :
