About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong technical expertise and excellent client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in a service-based organization, experience leading technical teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to set and manage expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Set the right expectations with clients, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Take ownership of technical decisions and ensure best practices in design, development, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning.

Requirements :

6–8 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2–3 years in a lead or managerial role.

Prior experience working in a service-based company is a must.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development.

Proven experience in client-facing roles—capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Must be willing to work full-time from the office.

Proactive and accountable leader who can manage multiple priorities.

Ability to balance technical depth with project delivery.

Strong understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies.
