Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Pune. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, conducting training sessions, evaluating training needs, and updating training materials. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to improve their skills, providing feedback, and ensuring that sales personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge to meet targets and provide exceptional customer service.

NISM certification is a mandate

Qualifications

• Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills
• Presentation and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Experience in the finance or brokerage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
