Practice Lead – Presales (Digital Solutions / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales)
Location : Mumbai
We’re looking for a dynamic Practice Lead – Presales to drive solution consulting and go-to-market strategy across our (Digital / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise) practice. In this role, you'll shape solutions that solve real business problems, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to win and grow key accounts.
Responsibilities :
Lead presales strategy, solutioning, and RFP / RFI responses
Deliver impactful demos, workshops, and PoCs
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to close deals
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants and architects
Requirements :
15+ years in presales / solution consulting, with 3–5 in leadership
Deep expertise in (Digital / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales)
Strong track record in solution design and deal closures
Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
