You should be strong and capable enough as a doer, end-to-end Hands-on with skillsets as a Strong Core Full Stack Agentic AI Developer (Core Agentic AI Backend Development and with its Frontend Development), also an Agentic AI System Technology Architect, and preferably with Software Engineering Manager skills in a Cloud Technology Environment of AWS, GCP and should have the Skills in Technical, Cognitive & ethical skills.

These Capabilities enable meaningful Collaboration with intelligent systems and ensure responsible AI, Impactful AI Usage in diverse contexts, Digital Literacy & AI fluency, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Ethical reasoning & Responsible AI Usage.

Interacting with Autonomous Systems, Continuous Learning & Adaptation in Multispeciality Medical Applications and in routine Hospital / Medical Practice areas.

As a Multihat role Hero, You should be a Technology builder and doer, you should be in a position to do the Agentic AI System Product Software Engineering development for developing a Highly scalable AI SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C direct Consumer Cloud Digital Health Platform for web and Mobile Application right from its Technology Architect, Product Design and Product development, deploy with all functionality as required by the Business owner and Product owner (Our Products end to end Mobile App Prototype developments already done and the product full step by step functionality is ready for demo and its full functionality working) to final product delivery for its Commercialisation.

You should be highly accountable, highly responsive, and responsible in understanding the requirements and delivery, and commitment brought to the table within the set tight deadlines.
You should have Hands-on experience with the latest Proven Technology Stacks on any E-commerce developing Digital Platforms, such as FinTech, AgriTech, Edutech, or in Digital Health and AI Health Platform building after Mobile App Prototypes to deliver on web and mobile applications.

Their primary responsibilities include Tech Architect for building a highly scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B & B2B2C consumers, E-commerce Portal, developing AWS Cloud servers and databases for AI Health-based Products and solutions delivered through web and mobile app functionality, and coding for mobile platforms.

Developing front-end web e-commerce Portal architecture.

Designing user interactions on web pages.

Developing back-end website applications.

Creating servers and databases for functionality.

Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

Ensuring the responsiveness of applications.

Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

Designing and developing APIs, integrating with 3rd Party API for smooth transactions and working.

Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

B) Most Important :

You should have a demonstrated track record as a Top Foundation Multimodels Agentic AI & AI Agent Software developer.

Team Leader with a good understanding level with your Higher up and Juniors within a small Founding Team organization with Good Behavioural Practice, Caring, Giving Respect and Good Relationship skills, well smoothly connected with the Team and Reporting Officer with a High level of engagement, Integrity, Deep Understanding and Professional Soft and Good Communication Skills is a must.

4) Experience :

IT service & MNC IT industry experience candidates need not apply.

Only Early-stage to Growth stage Tech Startup single-handed multi-hat role Profile experiences. Candidates need to apply.

We will only count your Tech Startup IT Product Development Full Stack development Experience for your selection and CTC Package workout.

A) Total Experience of 4 to 10 Years of experience in Full stack Capacity of doing and Leading the MutliModel Foundational Agentic AI Models and advanced Application, adaptions in Healthcare using Agentic AI, AI Agents & Product Development hands-on Multi Hat Role as a doer first in web and Mobile applications only in Tech Startups, preferably in Digital Health, AI Health, or any other industry in a Highly Scalable AIhealth Platform building using the Latest Trend in Cloud-based Software Product Technology :

Optional and not Must : Atleast 3 years as Tech Startup Agentic AI & AI Agents Chief Architect / Engineering Manager -Software Engineering with a single-handed Multihat role.

Mandatory :

Tech Startup experience with at least

2 years as Foundation Multimodels AI Health Architect, 1 Year as Agentic AI Foundational Multimodels Solutions Architect, LLM Practice Models.

Worked from scratch on the New AI SaaS Cloud Platform Product development.

1 Year in DevOps Development, Leading and managing as an option.

At least 1 year as a Software Engineering Head / Engineering Manager / Full Stack Developer Lead in web and Mobile application Product Engineering in an early-stage to growth-stage Digital Health Startup from scratch to complete delivery of world-class products and solutions.

Worked as a single-handed independent and as a Team lead with a multi-hat role and in the team as a Backend developer, experienced in QA Testing on web and mobile apps in a startup company.

Strong organizational and Software Product engineering project management skills, not in IT Services.

5) Required Job Skillset :

Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as for building the Foundational Multimodels Agentic AI, strong Python Programming, Machine Learning Concepts, Gen AI, and LLM.

You also need proficiency in AI frameworks like Lang Chain for workflow orchestration, multimodal AI concepts to handle various data types (text, image, audio), and skills in data processing, planning, prompt engineering, and API integration. Finally, knowledge of cloud platforms, deployment, ethical reasoning, and continuous learning is essential for building functional and responsible AI agents.

6) Qualification :

MS / B.Tech in CSE / IT / ECE in AI ML applications from a Top reputed engineering Institute in India or from Top US Tech Universities.

MBA need not apply.
