As a Recruitment Associate, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to help meet the company's hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates for various roles.
• Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Job Posting : Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
• Onboarding Support : Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide updates and address queries throughout the recruitment process.
• Database Management : Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and align efforts with organizational goals.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to enhance the hiring process.
