Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for ORC

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Recruiting Cloud Specialist

with a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud’s talent acquisition capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate experience, requisition and offer management, career site branding, and integration with Core HR. This role requires both functional expertise and technical proficiency to ensure seamless, efficient, and user-friendly recruiting solutions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage requisition and offer processes

by configuring templates, approval workflows, and offer letters / contracts to align with organizational policies.

Configure candidate selection processes , ensuring accurate tracking of applicants from sourcing through hiring.

Understand the ORC data flow to Core HR and third-party systems

(e.g., background checks, job boards, assessment tools), and how to troubleshoot issues.

Knowledge of recruiting campaigns and event management

within ORC to enhance sourcing strategies.

Collaborate with TA (Talent Acquisition), and IT stakeholders

to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve ORC issues , providing timely support to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and quarterly releases.
