Responsibilities :

Strong communication skills required.
Self-starter with go-getter attitude needed.
Independent work with minimal supervision expected.
Input and recommendations for best practices required.
ERP Practice building, implementations, and support functions for Oracle Manufacturing Cloud activities involved.

Required Skills :

9+ years of experience in all Oracle SCM Modules (procurement, inventory, order management).

6+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Fusion Solution.

At least 3-4 end-to-end Implementations.

Good knowledge of domain and product / technology relevant to services offered.

Effective communication, collaboration, and rapport building with team members and clients.

Internal and external stakeholder management with supervisory guidance.

Skill enhancements through self-learning and certifications focused on.

User Roles, Cutover Planning.

Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement new processes.

Study customer requirements on Finance process.

Analyze As-Is Processes and design optimized To-Be Processes.

Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.

Suggest best practices to improve business processes.

Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels.

Prepare Test Scripts and perform Testing Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.

Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud.

Good to Have :

Oracle Implementation Certification.

Pre-Sales experience.
