Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant HCM / Redwood UX

Experience : 812 Years

Location : PAN India

Notice Period : Immediate 15 Days

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Redwood UI / Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, driving improvements in recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Recruiting Cloud Configuration :

  • Configure Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, Candidate Selection Process (CSP) and CSP reasons, Job Application Flows, and Career Site features.
  • Configure Recruiting Content Library including Job Offer Templates, Disqualification Questionnaires, Job-specific Questionnaires, and Interview Questionnaires.
  • Design and implement Requisition and Offer Approval Rules.

Candidate Experience & Career Site :

  • Configure Career Sites and ensure smooth integration with third-party applications.
  • Lead Redwood UX transformation initiatives with hands-on experience in VB Studio.
  • Implement Contextualized Journeys, Guided Journeys, and display properties for UI improvements.

    • Onboarding & Pre-Hire Processes :

  • Configure Onboarding Checklists for Pre-Hire and New Hire workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood UX components and recruitment workflows.

    • Support & Governance :

  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer post-implementation support.
  • Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles, change control meetings, and release management activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 812 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with hands-on exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, approval rules, and content library configurations.
  • Experience with career site configuration and integration with external applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and provide performance optimizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
  • Experience in upgrade cycles, change management, and post-go-live support.
