Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Faridabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing human resources. Daily tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing support for employee-related issues. The HR Executive will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
