We are looking for : Real Estate Sales Executives will be the face of our Projects. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Lead-to-Sales prospect flow, converting qualified leads and nurturing leads that are not yet sales-ready.
What you will do
- Key deliverables :
- Identifying potential prospects
- Converting leads through advice and negotiations
- Visiting project site to present company offerings to potential / existing clients
- Building brand-awareness
- Developing, fostering and sustaining relationships with clients
- Expanding the client database through referral generation from existing clients
Who you are
Skills & Experience Required :Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA from any stream1–5 years of experience in sales within wealth management / hospitality / co working / luxury, or managed office sectors.Linguistic knowledge : Bi-lingual / multi-lingual skills will be an added advantage.Ownership : Understands the importance of their contribution and takes responsibility for results delivered.Interpersonal skills : Strong at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proactive & accountable : Takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervision.Solution-focused : Enjoys being part of the solution, not the problem.Commitment : Values time, highly organized, able to prioritize and deliver within deadlines.Collaboration : A natural team player, enthusiastic and quick learnerAdept at using workplace productivity tools like Office365 or Google Workspace
