Job Title : Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants who specialize in selling builder floors , with strong exposure to projects from Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG , and similar developers. Candidates must have hands-on experience in the Gurgaon market and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end sales for builder floors and residential properties
Attend client inquiries and conduct site visits
Maintain strong knowledge of projects from Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG, etc.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
Keep updated market knowledge of Gurgaon real estate trends
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
Maintain sales reports and follow-up logs

Requirements :

3 to 5 years of experience in selling builder floors (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Gurgaon real estate projects and micro-markets

Good communication and client-handling skills

Ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets

Must be proactive, confident, and target-driven

Prior experience with Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG projects is preferred

Working Days :

Full-time role, 6 days working
