Job responsibilities :
Key duties involve visiting retailers, taking orders, ensuring timely delivery and payment collection, monitoring stock levels, and reporting on sales activity. They are also responsible for resolving customer complaints, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams like logistics and sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Sales and revenue : Achieve sales targets, implement sales plans, and execute promotions or product launches.
- Customer relationship management : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and distributors, address queries, and resolve complaints.
- Sales operations : Visit key outlets, take orders, ensure timely delivery and payment collection, and monitor stock levels at various points.
- Market analysis and strategy : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Reporting and administration : Maintain accurate customer records and sales data using CRM or other tools, and create regular sales reports for management.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales support and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
