Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, client acquisition, and team leadership, with a strong focus on achieving business targets and market expansion. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in existing and new markets. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with organizational goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review. Ensure the sales process is efficient, customer-centric, and compliant with company standards. Participate in business meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Drive customer satisfaction through timely communication and solution-oriented service delivery.
Key Skillsets :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
