Education- Any Grad / Intermediate

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily operations and team performance.
• Maintain MIS reports, rosters, and performance data.
• Drive KPIs : AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, NPS / C-SAT.
• Handle HR-related issues and staff development.
• Coordinate with clients for daily updates.
• Ensure process compliance and suggest improvements.
