Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Laxmi Nagar. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. The role also involves analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds these targets. Regular reporting and collaboration with other departments are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to dissect sales data
Proven Team Management and leadership skills
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Sales and knowledge of sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Experience in the financial market or education sector is a plus
