Job description

New Product Development

Deliver new products as per customer requirements within specified timelines.
Carry out polymer synthesis for new product development and product modification.
Lead and manage the construction R&D team in both synthesis and application areas.
Design and develop innovative formulations through emulsion polymerization techniques.

Process & Application Support

Suggest and implement solutions for production plant-related problems.

Provide technical support during scale-up and commercialization of newly developed products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and marketing for successful product deployment.

R&D Achievements and Innovation

Achieve measurable improvements through new product / application development.

Drive innovation by identifying improvement areas in existing products and developing alternatives.
