Job Purpose :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing partnerships with K12 schools across Maharashtra. The role involves building long-term relationships with schools, understanding their needs, and proposing mutually beneficial collaborations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach K12 schools for potential tie-ups, collaborations, or partnerships.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to target and onboard schools in key regions.
- Pitch Mindseed's value proposition effectively to school administrators, trustees, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and finalize MOUs or partnership agreements with schools.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of tie-ups.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with signed partners.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, and closures.
