Dreamtime Learning Hub is a new-age micro school offering personalized, tech-enabled, and outdoor-integrated education. With limited learners per grade, we focus on creating meaningful learning journeys from early years up to Grade 7.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Admission Manager who will oversee and manage the complete admissions process of our school. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a School Admission Counselor and be capable of driving enrollment while delivering a positive parent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment.

Conduct counseling sessions, school tours, and parent meetings.

Handle parent queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Develop and execute admission strategies to meet enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate data and records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.

Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Prepare and share admission reports with school leadership.

Organize admission events, open houses, and orientation sessions.

Requirements Mandatory :

Prior experience as a School Admission Counselor / Manager.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and counseling skills with a customer-first approach.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and meet admission targets.

Laptop mandatory for daily operations.
